Well it's history now... the 2012 Hamvention in Dayton, OH. But the NEWS is..... Yet another winner on the Bus Trip To Hamvention. thats 24 out of 24  ..... kinda makes that batting 1000.  (see 'Bus Trip to Hamvention' page.

An update from the Four Corners Amateur Radio Club, also  known as NADXA Chapter 2, (Central Florida Chapter) They're Pres. is KJ4EKI, Ray Conn, . Secretary Irwin (Sparky) Sparks, KJ4JTU & Treas. is K1LLK, Barbara Gonyo.   Meeting starts about 12:00 Noon.... after the VE Exam at 10:00 am. They  meet at the Cagan Crossing Community Library  16729 Cagan Oaks Clermont, FL 34714.. All Hams are welcome.  Its located on US 27,  1/2 mile north of Rt. 192 (west) Opp. Wal-Mart & Lowes .....about 6 miles from Disneyworld.   Present membership is now 28 members, and yet, interest keeps growing as the word of this club, and Chapter of NADXA, Inc.  gets around the area. They closed Charter membership as of May, 5, 2012.  If you live in central Florida or are just visiting the Parks (DisneyWorld, Universal, Sea World, etc., etc., and would like to join. email:  kk4hcv@nadxa.org. or wr2dx@arrl.net or nadxa@nadxa.org 

The Four Corners ARC will be hosting VE exams every month on the 1st Saturday at 10 am.  Next exam is July 7, 2012. Don't forget the usual, picture ID, CSCS  or original & a copy of license if up-grading and fee to ARRL/VEC if by check.

The NADXA was represented at the QCWA Convention Cruise, Sept. 2009.  

We have some scuttlebutt that there may be another cruise in 2013. Sounds like all NADXA members should attend that one.
